Simply send an email to caroline@draftastatement.com and include copies of the relevant documents including copy pleadings, relevant disclosure such as the letter of claim, any denial and the accident report form.

Please include the client 's name, email address and contact number. We will then contact the client, draft a statement and return it within 14 days.
Terms of Business
Draft a statement is a trading name of Lakes Law Limited company number 14932618. All work will be performed by Lakes Law Limited. By instructing us you agree that a fixed fee is payable for the work and our payments terms are strictly 30 days from the date of invoice, unless deferred payment terms on multi track work have been agreed. Caroline Mckie is the sole director of Lakes Law Limited whose trading address is Room 8 Redhills House Penrith, CA11 0DT.

Caroline Mckie is an experienced non practising Solicitor with experience of fast track and multi track personal injury, credit hire litigation and housing disrepair cases.

Statements are not outsourced to inexperienced Junior Staff.

Fixed Fees on Fast Track and Small Claims
All work is conducted on a fixed fee on fixed costs cases.

All work is returned with an attendance note to aid recovery from the other side upon completion.
