All statements are drafted in detail and with precision. Our prices are £250 plus vat for an RTA statement, £350 plus vat for an EL/PL/OL/ disease statement.

Serious injury injury statements are charged at £175 per hour plus vat and we can look at deferred payment on Multi track work.
Housing Disrepair Statements

Caroline has experience of working on housing disrepair cases and drafting detailed statements dealing with all aspects of disrepair, notice and quantum.

Before setting up statement drafting, Caroline worked for a number of claimant firms on housing disrepair litigation cases.

The fixed fee for a housing disrepair statement is £350 plus vat to take into account that these statements include reference to repair records.

Credit Hire Statements

Caroline has experience of working on credit hire cases for claimants and defendants having worked for Keoghs.

All statements cover the full range of causation and quantum issues including the need for hire, duration of hire, rate and mitigation.

The statements are designed to be robust to deal with the issues raised by defendants on these cases.

As part of the statement, we will review the credit hire disclosure and make sure that all the issues are covered in the statement.

The price for a credit hire statement is £250 plus vat.
